Personal-maturity and endurance, the balancing of the genders, female and male, allowing for the fruition of the food, ensuring survival

MAJOR CELEBRATION: Corn Dances, 1st Harvest of Summer

These dances are more social than strictly spiritual. The hosting clans each prepare food, gifts, dances and welcome for the neighboring tribe. The tribes gather for a big celebration of the first summer harvest of corn, honoring the lessons of endurance, maturity, community and FUN!!!

We’ll serve the Rose Parrot Clan a garden salad of tomatoes, new potatoes and mint, which we planted at spring equinox. It'll be something delicious!
